This project faced a critical technical bottleneck: the extreme summer heat (peaking at 40°C) severely degraded the energy efficiency of traditional cooling systems. According to Carnot's theorem, condensing temperatures rise above 60°C in such high-temperature environments, causing the Coefficient of Performance (COP) to drop by 15%-25%. Furthermore, the rapid heat dissipation and highly fluctuating cooling loads inherent to large-space air-supported structures compounded the cooling difficulty. In response, OYRR custom-developed a High-Temperature Adaptive Distributed Intelligent Cooling System. Jakarta, Indonesia AirDome Exhibition Hall Cooling Project:：As a landmark building in the Jakarta CBD, this coastal exhibition hall is dedicated to trade shows and faced four core engineering challenges: (1) Coastal Climate Erosion—high salt fog (chloride ion concentration up to 50mg/m³) and high humidity (75% annual average) coupled with a 15°C diurnal temperature variation make standard equipment highly prone to corrosion failure; (2) High Occupancy Load—handling over 5,000 daily visitors, resulting in a sudden surge in instantaneous cooling load.
